Dier scores stunning trivela goalHoping to become Bayern regularMunich travel to Leverkusen todayBayern MunichWHAT HAPPENED?
Ahead of Bayern's trip to title rivals Bayer Leverkusen, the 30-year-old showed off his skills in training on Friday with a stunning trivela goal – a Portuguese term for kicking the ball with the outside of your boot to produce curl and swerve. His long-range effort cannoned off the underside of the bar and got the seal of approval from those present.

Dier joined the German giants from Tottenham on loan until the rest of the season in January, with the option to make the move permanent. So far he has played three times for Thomas Tuchel's men, two of which have been starts. The England international will be looking to become a mainstay in the starting XI, just as former Spurs teammate Harry Kane, who swapped the north London outfit for the Bavarians last summer, has done.
WHAT NEXT?
Dier will hope to start for Bayern in their crunch top of the table Bundesliga clash away to league leaders Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday evening. A win for Bayern would see them leapfrog Xabi Alonso's side, who have a two point advantage after 20 games of the season.
